Food Diary
Describe your meal. AI saves it. Repeat your dishes.
Log a meal
On a phone, tap this field and use your keyboard’s microphone to dictate.
AI chooses food matches and estimates quantities, then saves your meal and recipe using USDA nutrition. You can edit saved meals anytime. Enter an exact saved dish name to save one serving without another analysis call. Dictation keeps listening until you tap Stop or save. Browser dictation may use an online speech service.
Shared dishes
Both people can use these recipes. Editing a dish changes future repeats; previous meals keep their nutrition.

Export & backup
CSV includes both people and is for spreadsheets. JSON backup preserves both profiles and every entry so it can be restored into the shared cloud diary. Back up regularly. To migrate, download JSON from the old local app in its original browser, then restore it here.
